Pros

The sound and mic are superb quality for the price range. Mute indicator light on the mic makes it easy to know if i'm muted.

Icue control software had bugs (which i was able to resolve) the headphones have some minor cons but are overall very good. You need to download 3rd-party software in order to get the full experience. The headset in functionally is a superior one.

Cons

Should have just got a semi-disposable logitech. Buyer beware. I am an adult and properly care for my gear, but these things are literally falling apart in less than 2 years of usage.

The padding on the top is not great, and the fabric is loose. The surround sound on these is a joke. Support website is full of instructions for work-arounds or remedies, but a customer should not have to suffer these flaws.

Software is limited, you have 5 eq profiles, a few lighting effects. Windows 10 does not see these as surround capable headphones, just stereo.

Oh my gosh literally the best headset i ever bought super comfy and super great in sound quality and noise cancellation

The sound quality was high and the set fit comfortably and was easily adjustable.

At about 2 1/2 years, the cable cracked, which then led to shocks when it touched my collarbone.

Dolby converter adaptor dongle thing is at usb plug-in then a jack plugs into that and then hard wired into headphones' left bottom.

Price

I got these when they were on sale for very cheap and have loved them for so long.

I feel like i got a good deal.

I have been in the market for a decent pair of headphones for a while now and i was not willing to go above $50 if i could help it.

Bought for 65 not worth 80-90 but great over-all.

Competitiveness

Would not hook up to xbox all of that was not identified prior to purchase

I now know that it would've been better to get the elite, however the pro is still just fine.

While the icue software does make the headset do a lot more, you don't actually need it.
