I did love the ear coverage, the flip up mic to mute and the cushionon the headband.

Just hang in there and keep poking around until you find that right tweak in icue and/or built-in pc software.
Functionality is great as well as the sound and customization ability through the icue software.

The big flaw is that if the battery is low or dead it does not work even while plugged in

The connection is almost always instant for me sometimes if i power on the headphones while watching something the video starts playing in the headset moments before the headset even says power on
