Pros & Cons

Pros

The acer predator 32 qd-ips is one of the best monitors on the market. It's 120hz with nvidia gsync and amd freesync, so if you have the card to drive it you can get very smooth gaming. G-sync compatible which is nice, but i'd like to see an affordabl...  Read More

"very happy with it and don't regret it. It's especially good as a second monitor specifically for that" "it's the best monitor that i've ever had.

This monitor is obviously not the cheapest but at this price i figured there would at least be a speaker. Technology still requires a little extra care be taken to preserve full functionality.

Cons

This monitor is overpriced and mediocre apart from the flex. It shows how much corsair has moved from providing a good brand, to a company intent on ripping off customers for profit.

My seven-year-old gaming laptop is probably not the best video source. The hdr on many games is poor without an option to make changes to monitor settings while using hdr.

Every 8 hours of use, the osd shows you a warning message telling you to perform a refresh. The retention warning is only useful 1% of the time. When there is no video signal, the led glows orange, reminding you to turn off the monitor.

The screen panel shows a grid-like graininess on uniform gray/white backgrounds. Small white text often has red-ish color fringing, especially with numbers. Subpixels layout isn't supporter properly by windows so text looks poor.

I got it for $350 during black friday, so for the price i paid, this was probably the best monitor i could've picked.

It is worth the price especially if you can get it on sale black friday friday imagine will be a great time to do that.

As for price, i feel satisfied for what i paid for.

Shipping

Amazon only offered to refund; had to go directly through corsair to get a replacement and it took a month.

Delivery was probably one of the most frustrating aspects of this purchase.

Competitiveness

I've spent around 2k on the last several monitors i've purchased and this is the first one that seemed a much better value than the price.

From the acer predator brands, to alienware, and even lg.

I've had this monitor for roughly a week now, and i couldn't have made a better decision.

The monitor is easily 25%+ more expensive than comparable offerings where only the ability to define the screen curve separates...  Read More

The ability to go from curved to flat seems like a gimick until you actually own one yourself when im gaming i usually prefer it to be curved fully and i put it back to flat when browsing the web or working

If this isnt your only monitor it will reset real quick if you move something accelerated off screen onto this monitor

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Mildly annoying for a couple days while you figure out which programs to disable hardware acceleration with but not a huge deal
