Pros

Was recommended to take this by my holistic doctor. I notice my responses to stress are more zen’ed. The ingredients can be constipating so i take it with magnesium citrate to keep regular.

Take 2 caps during extra stressful days. I sleep great and don’t feel groggy after taking these. It relaxes me so i can sleep better.

Good brand and quick shipping. I am so grateful and hope some day insurance will cover supplements.

The allergen free capsules are easier to swallow and just as effective as the non-allergen free.

It takes at least one whole glass of water to convince it to go down, and then i have to pee an hour after i fall asleep.

I don't know what they are coated with, but only these get stuck and every time.
