Add your own cotter pins and washers. These solid tires fit my run of the mill hand truck perfectly. Bought these to replace my flat tires on my dolly.
Cons

Price
Only thing that i would like better is if the plastic/rubber was a little softer, but if it was i am sure they would cost more.
These were on the inexpensive side so i was worried they might not fit or they might be poor quality.
You can buy replacement rings at ace for $1.
Shipping
The new wheels arrived sooner than expected and fix perfectly.
Arrived fast and fits my mower trailer perfectly.
Competitiveness
I'm glad i didn't spend more cuz these are perfect replacements.
