Pros

The car seat itself feels sturdy and is built to take up less room in the car. The seat is adequately cushioned and can be used front or rear facing. It meets the federal safety standards, which is what really matters.

This car seat is good for grandmas car. My kiddo actually seems to love it though, and i'm happy with how secure he looks / feels in there once he's all harnessed in!

Easy to install and seems well made. It looks fairly easy to remove in the case that it needs to be cleaned. Best part for this grandma is that i can easily remove it from my car and store it in my garage until it's needed again.

Cons

It comes with no protective plastic or anything. It has a very very awful chemical smell.

Back side that sits against the passenger seat head rest seems not so sturdy when latched into the metal latches in the actual seat. The straps slip through the back. It is also not very sturdy, and the harness is hard to tighten.

I was actually pretty impressed with this seat for the cost.

I ordered the neck strap minky pink soft pads on amazon for $8 and they’re so soft and perfect and keep her chubby neck comfy!

First, it is pretty basic and inexpensive.

It's a nice carseat for this price point.

Shipping

Ordered 6-12-2024 delivery was expected june 17 however it was delivered on 6-14-2024.

Packaging/appearance

Upon opening the box, i was very surprised at the quality of the material and how durable and nice it looks at first site.

Competitiveness

I have had a safety 1st car seat similar to this one, but this one is better in my opinion.
