It's sturdy, waterproof and easy to use.

It’s very sturdy, easy to assemble and i even made decals to make it easy for fedex, ups and usps to see on my porch.

It is hard to hold pieces by yourself and snap them into place without one end of the piece coming unassembled.

Silicone caulk applied to bottom corners & bottom seams.

Price

Worse is there is no instruction option either with the shippers or amazon.

For the cost a weighted bottom needs to be considered.

Had my first package delivered today just hours after putting this up.

The bottom of the box says deliveries by i also ordered a sign put on top with bright colors for amazon, fed ex, ups, us postal service.

The delivery plaque needs to be higher on the front of it.

I had to buy a big delivery sticker to put on front of it.
