Quality

We consulted with a child safety tech before buying and are very happy with the choice.

I used it on our travel along with the britax travel glider.

I didn't have any issues with the crotch belt or anything everyone is complaining about.

I am sure it's perfectly fine, and it meets all the testing and quality standards and actually has a pretty high consumer reports score.

You just loop the airplane seatbelt in between the back of the carseat to secure the seat.

Competitiveness

As a travel carseat - 5 stars: if you are flying with your baby, this is the seat to get.

It's not as easy to install as our britax clicktight, but it also weighs less than half.

However, i tried to use a britax car seat cart (uses the latch system straps, ugh) through the airport and that was nothing but trouble.

If you have ever installed a carseat using a seatbelt before you will have zero issues with this one.
