Pros

This is for our now 15 month old grandchild. In md we need to have the car seat face the rear and this does it easily. While it is for newborns and i will have to get another after my nephew grows.

It pushes easily with one hand on carpet, smooth flooring and pavement. The blue color “sapphire” is a bit darker than it appears in the amazon page. It is sturdy yet easy to assemble and cleans up nicely.

The saftety first set looks nicer and seem s a bit more refined. The only thing i don't like about the set is the height of the handle. Very good idea, and well executed.

The wheels are large enough to handle sidewalk cracks and other irregularities. They are great on concrete, floors or gravel, but will bog down in sand.

Cons

The cosco car seats and strollers are probably the worst most unsafe strollers for your babies. The infant head insert in the seat is useless. The locks on the stroller also are plastic. When it randomly locks (when my foot hits it) the gears bend.

The cost was great and i would definitely purchase this again.

Overall the benefits of this set, including price outweigh any of the negatives.

Competitiveness

The seat recline on this simple fold stroller is a little better than its competitors.

The parent tray on this stroller is one of the nicer ones in the competing brands as well.

Sometimes i do draw a parallel to features on high-end products, though, where it might be helpful.
