Often those are hard to push in and the plastic and rubber stuff on those fall off and then you hurt your hand trying to use them

Sturdy quality ladder but the advertising height is misleading it says 13 extension and 8 as a step ladder which fell short when i used it but looking carefully at the sign attatched to the ladder it says maximum reach 13 as extension and maximum reach 8 as step so lost 1 star for unclear advertisment

The main reason i took one star off is due to the substance that is on the ladder from the manufacturing process that other reviews have mentioned

Wish i could just push the sides in and flip the ladder instead of pushing in and having to spin them

The picture does not show it but the legs are actually flared at the base to provide a wider more stable base
