This is a great way for my daughter to have contact at all times with my 9 year old granddaughter. It comes with a parent app that my daughter has set up. We feel safer and more secure knowing our little prince has the ability to communicate with us.

The watch is very affordable. Easy to set up & use.

We’re also thrilled with the color options and the way the power cord connects with a magnet instead of inserting into the watch. Gps tracking feature is a nice feature given an unpredictable world.

Contacts have to download the cosmos app in order to call the watch. The app never refreshes properly. Only one guardian can text through the app, everyone else is a phone call only option.

Battery drained after 5 hours and my son complains because it gets hot and takes it off. Battery on both lasts only about 6-7 hours after full charge.

The tracking is not accurate at all. It's at least half mile away from the actual location. Sometimes it's accurate, but not consistent enough to rely on.

Get one of the other kid watches - gizmo, etc. I wish apple or samsung or google would make a legit kids watch. Just spend the money and buy an apple watch.

The charger is super finicky. It needs to be charged every night or it's dead the next day. The charger always comes disconnected.
