Pros
The speaker is great and the calls come in clear and sound fine. Tracking from my iphone is so easy. It comes with an universal usb port to charge it wherever you are.
The cosmo is immediately better in a few areas - doesn't overheat, has a camera. One charge lasts all day. It gives me peace of mind when i send my kiddo to summer camp or school.

Cons
The watch battery only lasts about 2-3 hours. The app itself is absolutely terrible and it’s really hard to set up. They are all horrible.
The watch gives no information about connectivity, which is so concerning when it's for a child who may not be at home. Gps is way off from actual location. Connecting for calls and text is not good.

I was unsure of the quality because i'd never heard of the brand, but it looks great and is exactly as described!
Monthly plan needed to be able to call with the watch but easy to setup and works great
I definitely like how all contacts are done by the app on my phone as well as location.
Once we got everything ready with the service and application, we immediately put it to use.
Price
I also loved the lower price point.
Packaging/appearance
It came in friendly packaging, with stickers and space vibe.
Competitiveness
I would definitely recommend to others if they need a smartwatch for their kiddo.
We wanted to get her a smartwatch to help with safety!

The color options were fun to choose from and it has all the features i wanted… voice and text gps tracking and only contacts that were approved which was an important feature for me

The call feature and gps are both great however we cant seem to get the text feature to work contacted customer service and they were not helpful
