Pros
It has a unique charging connector based on a magnet you won't find anywhere. The battery easily gets through a day which is what was important to me. Charging is easy.
This is really a perfect fit if you would like to stay connected with your kid/s and don't want to have a lot of distraction from smart devices around. The people are really kind to this tech challenged mom.
This is for my 7 yo son. I wish the radius could be less in case you don't want your kid in that big of a radius. This is the first time our 9 yr old is riding the school bus to and from school ever.
Watch uses a custom sim card in orther to communicate correctly to the servers. Alarms you have to setup from your app that rings on the watch. Also messaging has audio texting.
Cons
Location is often inaccurate as well as the pedometer. Gps never connects in order to use the tracking.

We tried the verizon gizmo before this and were very disappointed.
To be compatible and have no issues i recommend activate it with the cosmo plan.
Otherwise, phone calls may work but not texting with the app, or school mode will not function right or some other anomalies.
Price
Overall, i'm really impressed and the price is just right so that i don't feel nervous sending the device out with my child.

They were also fast to respond to my request.

I gifted this to my daughter as her first smartwatch.
This watch uses att but now i think is part of t-mobile coverage area.
Goes down to 7,000 at 10ft and comes to safe ranges over 20 ft away.
