It is durable and dependable. Our 8 yr old is in love with the voice messaging and camera. My 5 yr old runs around while talking to me.

It has a unique charging connector based on a magnet you won't find anywhere. It alerts you when the battery needs to be charged. Definitely need the screen protector.

Neither the watch nor the app has a function that silences/disables the watch during school. The watch also has the weakest battery known to man.

The call feature largely goes to voicemail. They use dark ui practices, so that you have to jump through hoops to cancel.

Location tracking is sketchy and not dependable. The gps is horribly inaccurate.

The manual shows an older version of the website. There are very little instructions and they are incorrect. There was no field asking for sim card # or zip code at all, nowhere.
