Pros

There is a restricted calling list so don't worry about strange callers reaching your child. Calling and messaging work well, ensuring easy communication in emergencies.

Year-old with thin wrists doesn't look bulky on this watch. The strap actually fits her which is very hard for us to find. Sleek look, strong for playground rough housing, and basic features safe for kids.

We purchased a refurbished track through the cosmo website directly and let me tell ya - it's a great deal! The band is exceptionally comfortable, making it enjoyable to wear for extended periods. It's good quality and easily adjustable.

The watch part is very cute. The interface is simple and easy to navigate for younger kids. The backgrounds are very adorable and simple as well.

Cons

Over 50% of calls fail due to failure to connect or one or the other party not receiving audio. If the call even goes through, it drops within seconds. Using the optimizing feature only plays an echo with any one who speaks.

Location is not accurate. The network is very unreliable. Refresh location on app doesn't always work.

The watch is just ok. The size is also bulky. Gps is also spotty. There are very few instructions about this.

Monthly sim plans are tricky and pricey. Plan is also too costly.
