Pros & Cons
Pros
This book for people who have it is like a treasure! Personally my favorite chapter is the last who speaks for earth. I also like to read science fiction, so i am hoping this book will tie into those books.
Sagan writes that it is like we can colonize the solar system. One civilization he writes, classifies by its biology and industry, and provides an image of its home planet is one who calls itself we who survived.
Cons
From start to finish, his books are fraught with inconsistencies and errors. Inconsistency to the very end. To omit an existing index is inexcusable. Amazon needs to either provide a color edition for the kindle fire, or take down their false advertis... Read More

Shipping
I got way more than i expected, but i am pleasantly surprised.
Packaging/appearance
It’s rare to find an astrophysics read that is packed with so much knowledge explained in such an interesting way.
Even though the book was packaged in a bag, it looked like it just came off the presses.
Competitiveness
Many additional discoveries have been made as technology has advanced, but sagan presents so much more than what we know about outer space.
, comparing all the intelligence in the world to all the knowledge in the combined libraries in the world.

Also at times he seems a bit pessimistic about the future of the human race and his propensity to preach about globalization might be offsetting to some readers
