Ps mine has the name alctron on it but the velcro cable wrap says cosmos

This is due to the design of the clamp the side with the knob is going to stick out more than the other side

The steel is over engineered for the weight you would be putting on this thing and the plastic teeth bite real well against curves

Its not meant to screw onto the braces of drumsets but it will fit easily onto microphone stands or thinner poles

Note that it will only clamp to the skinny part of your mic stand which is the upper half
