Pros

It locks more securely than i expected and protects eggs well. They seem to be a purposeful design. Only complaint is the seam connecting the top and bottom piece breaks pretty easily.

Fabulous way to transport eggs up yp camp in the cooler. Perfect for camping and throwing in a cooler. We also freeze medium sized kongs (filled with wet dog food) to give to our young labrador. This holder works perfectly to stand them in.

Made the deviled eggs up and put them together inside the case. Out them in my backpack snugly. Used them to bring hard boiled eggs on camping trip.

Ive had these for two winters now and have not had an issue with the hinges yet.

Hard to get open was worried eggs would go flying, otherwise, good product.
