Pros

It is much faster than my old round stackable tray dehydrator. Themselves are all stainless steel and wash up easily.

Fruit roll sheets have a ridge running around the perimeter. Great for dehydrating strawberries, bananas, and i even dried ginger root. Dehydrates evenly. The fruit peal’s off easily and it cleans nicely.

Cons

Parchment paper is by far preferrable to this cheap plastic *. They aren't even good as a parchment lined tray because of the warping. None of the silicone ones compatible on amazon are food safe. The warped product is now unusable.

This product is totally useless for my needs. Not worth a nickle.
