Pros
It heats up fast, is cool to the touch, and pours nicely (no drips) the water stays hot longer than i knew. Its a little heavy but ok with me.
The cosori electric kettle impresses with its sleek stainless steel design. Love the easy to maintain stainless steel interior. My tea brews perfectly.
Double-wall construction ensures heat retention.
Cons
After 30 attempts at boiling, the water tastes metallic. I am really concerned the overheat control will one day fail. There is a persistent, unpleasant smell from the cheap plastic lid whenever the kettle is hot.
Steam pours out of the kettle at each use. There is a further risk that the shock of the scald could cause the holder to drop the kettle. Base is wobbly and feather light.
It is still warranty, they do not answer the phone and ask emailing support@cosori. Must shut off manually. Returning for full refund.

It was one of the only affordable highly rated ones i could find.
I also like the price, the double lift lid, the small on/off lever, stainless steel liner and relative light weight.
I'm really happy with my kettle for the price i paid.
Overall it’s a very good value for the money.
Shipping
Emailed customer service and they were super quick to respond and send me a new kettle.
I did have a minor issue with the base at one point, but the customer service team was excellent—they quickly resolved the problem.
Especially, to our surprise the replacement came in just two days.
However, both the and product were damaged during the shipping.
