Pros

The dehydrators looks really sleek. It works much faster and better than my old one. Also works quicker than my smaller dehydrator. This is much higher quality than the old plastic round contraptions i used growing up.

Easy and inspiring. Recipe book has good beginner options and staple ideas. The instructions navigate you through a few steps to do prior to your initial use.

The cosori dehydrator comes with one tray and one mesh sheet. It's so delicious! I just pureed the cranberry relish.

This dehydrator is perfect for dehydrating fruits and it makes the perfect jerky too. It dehydrates equally and in less time. It allows to dehydrate many different things.
