Pros

Cosori no longer makes pressure cookers but their customer service is amazing. I have used the 6qt cosori for over a year now & it is a treat to use!

Cons

Neither the book it came with nor the cosori book i bought with it have even the most basic stuff like cubed chicken or chicken pasta. Now the stainless crock is toast. Really the pasta sauce sticks to stainless and never able to take it out.
