Pros

It works as described, this has box code that you can scan and downloads the vesync app. Food is crispier faster. Dinner happens much quicker and cleanup is a snap.

Easy to clean with a soft cloth and soap and water. Clean-up is pretty easy. I keep a soft bristle brush at the sink. With a quick swish with a sponge, rinse, dry and it looks brand new again. Fabulessy frugal made me by it!

Quart, air fryer is the perfect size and shape for air frying. The basket release is actually a much more effective design than i initially thought. I do like the safety feature on the handle that releases the inner basket.

Cons

There has been nothing but roadblocks and requests (5) for resubmission online. The controls are touch sensors and they don't respond well to the touch. I want a refund now.

I find myself getting very upset because i can't set the time and temperature! Never replaced defective fryer. Save yourself the hassle, and buy another brand.

It has a tremendously strong burnt plastic smell. The machine is also much louder and the fan sounds like its bent and hitting something.

I got it for a steal but i will tell you it’s worth the price here on amazon for sure.

I found it at home goods during christmas for $49.

Waited a long time to buy one of these, this one came recommended and i'm glad i bought it.

They got back to me very quickly, and they resolved the problem by sending a replacement.

I'm on my second one due to a recall, but i couldn't wait for it to come back , but it came in less than a week so i was very happy 🤗
