Pros
Keep warm feature ensures the food stays warm and moist without becoming mushy. Clean up is a breeze because nothing stick to the inner pot or the lid.
Cons
After several hours (morning to evening) the top layer of the rice is rock hard and the bottom is mushy and runny. Literally takes 2 hours to make a measured cup of rice for 1.
The latch that keeps the lid close no longer works. This is ridiculous, and will be returning it for a refund.
