Pros

In the humid florida south here works great depending on the humidity outside. Cooled the room and my hallway perfectly. Easily cools down my 250 ft sq ft office in 110 plus degree weather.

This unit works amazingly! This thing works great! This air conditioner is excellent. My only complaint is that the drip pan is on the bottom of the machine.

Installation kit is meant for extremely wide windows, or horizontally sliding windows. Lugged it up a flight of stairs & installed it myself. Just had a little adjustment to fit window flush.

Low fan setting is also quieter than my window unit. System is small and quiet works great, however if you don't put vent to a. My husband likes his room like a meat locker for sleeping and the noise blocks out the family for him.

This thing is so loud when i am trying to sleep. All i know is i’m still hot and very disappointed.

To dark to see printing, need a flashlight to viewcools better than the last two porrtables i had.

This has been a godsend for us as the central ac has not ran as much with him being able to keep his room colder.

My return time i guess was used from order date and not delivery date.

I do not know how they figure the return time as it was late in arriving, then had to sit forever before being able to install.
