This neither heats nor cools, just blows room temperature air around the room. The tube that connects a/c unit to window assembly is garbage.

This machine is heavy but it has all the bells and whistles and very easy to install
Hose has plenty of room to screw on and it has flanges that it slide over to connect.
The one that is total garbage, is the round one that connects hose to the unit.
It forever just pops off as we do require it to be in a certain spot, but in no way stretching out tight, it really is flimsy.

It came a week later then the date range.

The shipping box is well designed and a/c unit arrived in perfect condition.
It took longer to open the box than it did to set it up.

When i contacted the seller she lacked customer service skills never apologized for the inconvenience told me “to have patience” as the canada warehouse ran out and it’s coming from states
