It is an excellent value for the price

With its multiple functions, remote or app control, and easy installation, it offers exceptional value for its price.

I bought this costway system because it isn't a window unit and was affordable.

For this price, i think it's a fair deal, and i recommend you buy a new model with wi-fi control.

Shipping

Amazon refused to accept a return due to it being over 30 days from delivery.

Long story short, the customer service people at costway asked a couple questions and sent me a free shipping return label.
