Pros
I'm quite satisfied especially if it lasts a few years. Noise level is comfortable. Timer is important so i dont leave it running and have it over flow a drain bucket.
Cons
The tube that connects a/c unit to window assembly is garbage. This neither heats nor cools, just blows room temperature air around the room. I don't think it is not 15,000 btu.

It said it has a continuous drain option but on install manual says it only works with dehumidifier mode

The drain for the on board water collection is super low to the ground
