Pros

First time for use homie smoking gun. Even the display face says it's making ice, and dispensing it - there are no error messages. When it's full we empty the ice into our freezer for later.

The only real downside is that it's not very quiet. Delivery sooner than expected.

Cons

This is a subpar product, from a company with horrible customer service sold by a seller who doesn't even respond to messages. Item is extremely slow at making ice. All they could offer is a 5% discount on another purchase.

Quality

Great space-saving countertop water dispenser & makes ice in a less than 5 minutes.

I love fresh ice, use gallon bottle water to keep it clean longer, tap water has caluim scales in it.

Clean once a month with 1/2 cup vinegar run cycle twice, rinse ,dry out wipe clean.

Whenever the ice drops and the inside coil turns, the machine makes a loud bang and you can visibly see the water access panel bulge.

This thing is great for the price.

Arrived a lot sooner than expected and works wonderfully.

Usually gave to refill once a day.

I did not request a refund necessarily, but am pleased with the service i received and the unexpected refund.
