Reservoir needs refilling fairly often and it can be a little noisy during conference calls

Ha ha we use it only to dispensemake ice and then i fill the cup with water using our other cooler so the machine is only being utilized for the ice function

Whenever the ice drops and the inside coil turns the machine makes a loud bang and you can visibly see the water access panel bulge
