Pros

It's a keeper. Super easy to maneuver. Really good. Very well priced.

No issues in my carpal tunnel wrists. Grandson has allergy to dust mites. Safe, effective, efficient and performs better than any chemical cleaner.

Cleaning the ceilings and doorknobs saves time, money and manpower. Cleaning air-conditioner filter also saves time and money.

Cons

Only positive is that it cleans tile grout well. It somehow blows steam at about 105 fahrenheit. Your body is 98 so you can imagine the utter uselessness of a tool you expect to sanitize surfaces at 212 farenheit. My fiance's hand is burned.

Amazon says it is out of warrantee and my problem to fix. And the lid on the steam tank is currently locked up. Can't get parts either to fix it.

The instructions that came with it are in the absolute most erroneous english you will ever see. The product manual is in broken english, and obviously has no merit to this product. The instructions are poorly written, useless and incomplete.

You have to run it over every inch of everything in your home; including the wall baseboards and cracks to completely eradicate them.
