I dont know what its called but you can most definitely use a different hose to connect to you sink if you do not want to use the one that comes with it

When the lid is opened it will not allow water to enter and gives an error code

When i tried to unlock or lock the child lock feature by pressing two buttons for 3 seconds there was no indicator to let me know if it was locked or unlocked
