Pros

Dehumidifier and cooling side are amazing. Can bring it upstairs without a struggle. I’m already a hot sleeper and this has kept my room real nice and chill all summer long.

It's not as loud as a vacuum but still can be heard through a door. It's a bit louder than i was expecting. It cancels the noise of the busy road outside.

The portable air conditioner was easy to install. Took it out of the box, easy to assemble, plugged it in and voila! Easy installation, great features. Only suggestion is to create a window slide for a smaller sized window.

Cons

The conditioner works well and cools the room quickly but after 3 days the units light-up display quit working. Barely any air coming from unit with popping and cracking sounds. Not even close to the cooling power of a window unit of the same btu's.

The product tells you to go to them instead of amazon, and because i tried to do this the right way, the return option on amazon has now expired. I was lied to by customer service. Buy any other brand.

Works well cools room quickly, less noise than my last window unit with much more air flow

I ended up buying 3 of these, they had to work overtime during the pnw heat waves, they held up well

Unit is decently quiet, does a good job at cooling a large room.

Price

For the price it does a really great job of keeping the bedroom and bathroom cool.

You get the most bang for your buck, works very well!

The only issue we have is the noise level, however it is a small price to pay for cool air!

Fast shipping, just what we needed during this heat wave

I don't have prime, but i did pay extra for shipping to get the units within 5 days and before the heatwave.

What we learned (that i want to let others know), is that it takes longer to receive, than the amazon original date given.
