Pros

It's louder than i expected. It cancels out the noise of the busy road outside. The noise level isn't bad compared to a normal air conditioner.

Cons

Beware, costway only provides a measly 3 month warranty. I was lied to by customer service. What's worse is the product tells you to go to them instead of amazon.

The conditioner works well and cools the room quickly but after 3 days the units light-up display quit working. Barely any air coming from unit with popping and cracking sounds. This needs to be vented.

So far i am very pleased with the efficiency of this air conditioner.

The noise level isn't bad compared to a normal air conditioner.

Honestly, if you are fine with the sound everything else is good.

Cleaning water container is a bit tricky, so it sometimes smells but that's normal for this type of product.

Shipping

I don't have prime, but i did pay extra for shipping to get the units within 5 days and before the heatwave.

Competitiveness

I ordered 2 of these to beat a 7-day extreme heatwave, to be delivered right before it started to get hot for my elderly parents.

Have had for a few months and still works like a champ.
