Pros
It makes ice in less than ten minutes, and in about 45 minutes it makes enough to fill a quart jar. It's so quiet that i can let it run all day without it being annoying.
Cons
If you don't take it out right away it melts. Before that they're thin glassy slivers. The cubes melt immediately if not taken out and put in a regular freezer.

Packaging/appearance
My only complaint, hence the star rating was that the fridge arrived with small scratches on the front.

The holding bin is not refrigerator so the ice will slowly start to melt
