The customer service was excellent and i highly recommend this product and companythis arrived 8 days earlier than estimated.
Shipping got it here 4 days early but driver left it out in the rain didn't use the doorbell (nobody does anymore).
The product arrived 5 days sooner than expected.

Once i had it all assembled i was waiting back and enjoying the heart and the effect of having a fireplace when the flame effect paused and started again
