This is our second year with the cooler and it is better than we ever could have expected.
Ok, i upgraded my one star review to four stars because the seller immediately gave me a full refund for this product!
It does very little cooling, even with the four ice packs that came with the unit.

I can't understand the poor ratings unless things are getting damaged in shipping.

This product is a horrible price of junkthe rotating oselater on the from falls off and then it will only last you a month ive had mine for about a month and it died like 9 days before the return policy doesnt allow you to return anymore so dont buy this product its like dumping your money down the toilet

Turns out the rear mesh had fallen in causing it to leak water out the back

Removed the media and installed it properly and my leak was fixed

I also noticed that you cant control this unit without the remote control so who knows if it was the unit itself or the remote
