It is great for the handicap people. Seems to do a great job. Great for carpet and floor cleaner attachment.

The child safety button is a little awkward to get to, but it is worth it given child safety :)
But the swivel movements could have been better.

But if you were to push me for a suggestion on how it could be slightly improved then i would have say this they could do a better job with instruction user manual

I think i may have gotten someones return and it was missing all the little clothes used on the attachments but i can make those

The only thing about this steamer that i dont like is the button i think was meant for safety maybe its just the one that ai have but it seems to get stuck a lot

The instructions were hard to read my mistake there were no instructions
