Pros
Easy to use and makes excellent ice cream. Easy to make a custard, pour it in, put the lid on and turn it on. Recipe for one pint milk one pint cream 4egg yolks sugar and vanilla. Really looking forward to experimenting with different flavours.
Cons
Product was delivered with no recipes or information on how it should be used. No customer care number of contact details either.

On keto diet and tried many other ways to make ice cream but just never churned well or froze too solid

We had to use trial and error phone calls and emails not much use

Remember ice cream expands as freezes so be cautious with filling perhaps 50 rather than the maximum 60

We found that chilling the bowl and paddle in the fridge speeds up the process but is not necessary
