This is so easy to use it's mind-boggling. The operation is pretty easy and intuitive. Now this set up is a bit nicer than im used to.

Cons

The interior container is less than 1 us quart. No free returns, plus the most complicated return process. No downloadable manual either. Finally the seller refuses to offer a full refund if any refund at all.

This machine is faulty right out of the box. The lid only locks once out of 20 tries. Which means the machine won’t turn on with open lid.
