Pros

This is about 2 of the baskets full that come with the machine. I love the size but the blinking red light concerns me. The ice it makes is perfect. It’s soft and chewable and makes it fast!

Cons

Ice mover tray breaks. Pump is noisy. Warranty service is non-existent. We feel we just got a dud.

Very easy to use and makes a lot of ice fairly fast!

Just over a year of use and i found broken plastic pieces inside where the cubes drop.

November 2021 stopped working, only makes 2 to 3 pieces of ice per cycle.
