I bought it for our rv, it's perfect for that and such a space saver. I get tired of babysitting the machine because the ice will melt if i don't keep emptying it into my cooler. Great for rv use.

Money has been refunded and there is no requirement to return the defective product. Reached out to seller several times, no relief. It appears you only get 30 days to get a refund which is atrocious in my opinion.

Just over a year of use and i found broken plastic pieces inside where the cubes drop.

November 2021 stopped working, only makes 2 to 3 pieces of ice per cycle.
