Quality
So far, i’m very pleased with the costway and would certainly recommend it.
I am very pleased with this machine.
Makes ice quickly and am happy with the different sizes of ice it can do.
I can’t return it, currently working with the seller to fix this.
Shipping
The cubes drop into the basket wet and start melting fast, we dump the basket into a tuperware and put them in the freezer fast.
Packaging/appearance
I haven't bothered fixing the refrigerator/freezer icemaker thanks to this portable one.
The only issue is when i make ice in advance and empty the basket, water drips.
Competitiveness
I like the speed that it makes ice & i can take it anywhere there is an 120vac outlet and water.
I loved this ice maker but only after 3 months of useing it, it broke.
We have at least 20lbs of ice in our freezer, will never have to buy ice again.
Our freezer ice-maker cannot keep up so we always have a counter ice-maker running.

You need to constantly ice and again the modern fridges have horrible capacity so you need an extra ice maker

Because they are wet like dripping when you put them in the freezer they stick together
