It works as advertised. It is the most hygienic of the table top ice machines. It's front drain is more convenient than the side drain.

This thing is a powerhouse - putting out large cubes as fast as you can be around to get them. The unit has a large water tank capacity and doesn’t require as many refills as other units i've had. I bought it for our rv, it's perfect for that and such... Read More

Sam or mona responded every time i sent them a request for a replacement/tech support. I would happily recommend using them as a seller on amazon.

I get tired of babysitting the machine because the ice will melt if i don't keep emptying it into my cooler. There's just 2 of us and it makes enough ice to use all day and still fill 1 or 2 bags for the freezer.

Cons

Unsatisfied customer here. Without it working properly it is useless.

Quality

So far, i’m very pleased with the costway and would certainly recommend it.

This is about 2 of the baskets full that come with the machine.

I can’t return it, currently working with the seller to fix this.

Packaging/appearance

And once the ice cubes fill the tray the blinking light comes on.

The only issue is when i make ice in advance and empty the basket, water drips.

I haven't bothered fixing the refrigerator/freezer icemaker thanks to this portable one.

Competitiveness

I like the speed that it makes ice & i can take it anywhere there is an 120vac outlet and water.

I have had my costway for 4 months now and it continues to impress me.

I loved this ice maker but only after 3 months of useing it, it broke.
