Pros

It's pretty easy to maintain and prep for making ice, and it makes a ton of ice. Clean cycle flushes out any residual old water (drain when it is finished) self cleaning function empties easily via a plug on the underside of the machine.

This is the only icemaker we are using for a family of four in quarantine. Will work our great for iced coffee this summer. I love that it recycles melt water to make more ice.

Small bullet shape as described is perfect. Great for chewing on the small cube setting once it has chilled your drink.

This machine is a true dynamo. Seriously, this thing is a gem. This ice maker is beyond my expectations.

The ice is smell and favor free, and when it melts completely you can still drink the water with only the very slightest hint the water was ever frozen. We use filtered water in the machine and the ice remains flavorless.

Cons

Manufacturing defect. No water tank plug. Media could not be loaded. Refund may not be processed for 2 weeks after return of defective product.
