Easy to steer when partly folded eg when manouvering around the house furniture. The bag it comes with is a nice touch, but not needed, a little basket that hooks onto the front would be nice.

My mother in law loves itexcellent value for money
Apart from the above gripes, you get quite a lot for your money.
This is good value and a sturdy walking aid that folds up very small with a bit of practice.

Customer service was brilliant, very polite and sorted out my vat return very quickly.

Came in a big box already assembled, just had to lock the wheels into place.

My only problem with it is the wheels on the front are reasonably small and don’t make it easy to roll up curbs or uneven paving stones

She does require me to lift the front for her sometimes so might be of consideration if using unaccompanied

My only problem is with being so light it completely useless on anything but dead flat ground

The only downside and this is a bit of a trade off is that it is a bit too wide to use indoors as difficult to get through narrow hallways and doorways
