Pros

It warms up my basement office well and maintains a good temp. We have two and they easily provide enough heat for 1000 square feet.

This little heater cranks out a good amount of warmth and is almost completely quiet. It's quiet unlike the blower style i replaced it with. Itcreaks a bit, no big deal.

Cons

Customer service is nonexistent. If it does not turn on, then that tells me that my unit is malfunctioning. Wrote to the seller and was refunded promptly.

The left side is the smallest, but pressing it together is indeed off. It creates a vertical column of luke warm air. I’m sorry, but it’s only going to get colder.
