Not much complain. Remote works well. It takes time to be delivered.
Cons
Sleep mode does not reduce the noise; it only dims the light display. How is this possible when the unit has to be vented through a window?

I love the ease of movement and the window kit provided is good but yiu may want to think about just taping the hose to the connector it falls out easily

If it werent for that i would give it 5 stars because its easy to install move a good designer i just leave it as an improvement in addition to reducing this sound inserting a small screen in the control to display the commands we are clicking

Took it outta box put hose to unit and window plugged in and it works great noise is only moderate considering what it is

The unit will turn itself off when the room reaches the set temperature
