Pros

It’s a bright crisp white color that blends in with any decor. Bonus points there. Although it doesn’t look as modern and rocket fuel awesome as the other ginormous black and slate one.

It is a smooth, consistent sound which you can adapt to. My only complaint, if you'd even call it that, is it is a bit noisy.

The unit has a display area to alert you of what is programmed and if anything is wrong. Like 24 hour timer to set for the times that are needed. It has a low noise level of 56db.

Main modes are cool, dehumidify and fan. Comes with hardware to run the exhaust out of a window. The vent tube is nice and long and flexible.

Cons

A total nightmare. This is pretty much worthless. It is very inconvenient to empty.

Costway refuses to give a full refund to a product that does not work. Customer service is absolutely terrible and returning it is almost impossible. We are ready to take this product to the dump if the customer service does not share the return instr... Read More

It runs for a half hour and shuts itself off with a continuous beeping to let you know the water has to be drained.

But buyer beware. There are plenty more on the market which are 100% better then this" "this is not a bullet.
