I been hand washing the clothes for the family of 5 for more then two years, due to full time rv life.
Overall, it works great and i would recommend.
The water was coming out of the outlet assembly that had a hole in the black part so i was just ready to return it.
After few days of using this machine.

I had such an excellent customer service, and the part was finally received today and the washer runs perfectly.
I was actually pretty shocked when it arrived in the mail and was a little bit big than an average mini fridge.

I decided to try solving this problem with customer service as i was unable to get this part from any supplier
